Qui je suis ?
Recruter différemment est devenue pour moi, une passion. Toujours à la recherche d’un « bon fit » entre l’entreprise et l’employé, m’assurer que les deux parties sont satisfaites, m’assurer d’une rétention de personnel.
Qui suis-je? Possédant un Diplôme d’études collégiales (D.E.C.) en techniques administratives option Finance et un second Diplôme d’études collégiales (D.E.C.) en techniques administratives option Marketing, j’ai commencé ma carrière professionnelle comme Technicienne comptable.
À la suite d’une expérience de travail au sein du service des Ressources humaines, j’ai complété un certificat en Gestion des ressources humaines. Je suis présentement en cours de formation pour compléter mon Baccalauréat en Administration, concentration en Gestion des Ressources Humaines.
Depuis quelques années, je travaille dans le domaine Ressources Humaines, plus particulièrement au niveau des embauches (englobant les affichages de postes, les entrevues téléphoniques, les entrevues en présentiel), création dossier employés (tant physique que numérique).
